Paradoxe difficile \u00e0 croire, pourtant cette fatigue a une explication m\u00e9dicale. Les jours d\u2019hiver, pauvres en lumi\u00e8re, entra\u00eenent la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion accrue de m\u00e9latonine, hormone qui favorise le sommeil et r\u00e8gle le rythme jour-nuit. Avec les jours plus longs et l\u2019augmentation de la lumi\u00e8re, la baisse de la production de m\u00e9latonine peut alt\u00e9rer la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil, provoquant une fatigue dans la journ\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019organisme s\u2019habitue \u00e0 ce nouveau rythme. Par ailleurs, nous consommons trop de graisses en hiver au d\u00e9triment des vitamines et min\u00e9raux. De plus, les activit\u00e9s sportives sont restreintes. Ces diff\u00e9rents facteurs concourent \u00e0 un \u00e9tat de fatigue connu sous le nom de \u00abfatigue printani\u00e8re\u00bb.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Certaines fatigues doivent \u00eatre prises au s\u00e9rieux<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Lorsque la sensation d\u2019\u00e9puisement augmente au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la journ\u00e9e pour \u00eatre maximale le soir et qu\u2019elle diminue voire dispara\u00eet le week-end ou les jours de repos, elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u00abnormale\u00bb (car explicable). Ce type de fatigue est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral la cons\u00e9quence d\u2019un effort physique intense au cours d\u2019une journ\u00e9e, d\u2019un stress \u00e9motionnel, d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e8nement particulier ou d\u2019un surmenage. Elle ne n\u00e9cessite que rarement un avis m\u00e9dical.<br \/>En revanche, toute fatigue qui appara\u00eet et persiste sans cause \u00e9vidente, ou qui ne dispara\u00eet pas malgr\u00e9 le repos, est plus probl\u00e9matique. Souvent d\u2019origine psychique, elle ne dispense pas de rechercher les causes faciles \u00e0 corriger (m\u00e9dicaments, infections, apn\u00e9e du sommeil\u2026), les maladies (diab\u00e8te, troubles endocriniens, an\u00e9mie\u2026) ou un syndrome de fatigue chronique.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ne passez pas \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de signes plus pr\u00e9occupants<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La fatigue se caract\u00e9rise le plus souvent par des sympt\u00f4mes tels qu\u2019une perte de vitalit\u00e9 et d\u2019entrain, des difficult\u00e9s de concentration, une lassitude, une perte d\u2019app\u00e9tit, des troubles du sommeil et une certaine irritabilit\u00e9. Si d\u2019autres signes plus pr\u00e9occupants apparaissent, tels qu\u2019une fi\u00e8vre, une perte de poids inexpliqu\u00e9e, une absence d\u2019am\u00e9lioration par le repos, des ganglions sensibles, des saignements anormaux ou des \u00e9tourdissements, il est recommand\u00e9 de consulter rapidement un m\u00e9decin.<br \/>La fatigue peut aussi se manifester sp\u00e9cifiquement le matin (\u00abenvie de rien\u00bb, difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 commencer la journ\u00e9e), voire par d\u2019autres sympt\u00f4mes comme une perte d\u2019app\u00e9tit ou une baisse de libido. Le plus souvent, cette forme d\u2019asth\u00e9nie est due \u00e0 une d\u00e9pression ou \u00e0 des troubles anxieux qu\u2019il faudra aussi aborder avec un m\u00e9decin.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fatigue et alimentation, un lien certain<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e est une des conditions primordiales \u00e0 un bon \u00e9tat de forme. Or, contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, les habitudes alimentaires de notre \u00e9poque ne sont pas toujours un mod\u00e8le di\u00e9t\u00e9tique. Stress, restauration rapide, sucre, r\u00e9gimes ou exc\u00e8s d\u2019agents conservateurs sont autant de facteurs qui perturbent l\u2019alimentation moderne.<br \/>Si les troubles carentiels sont rares dans les pays industrialis\u00e9s, certains d\u00e9ficits en vitamines et min\u00e9raux peuvent survenir. Ils n\u2019entra\u00eenent pas forc\u00e9ment de maladies, mais le plus souvent une baisse de la forme.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles solutions pour vous aider?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En cas de baisse de forme, toutes sortes de compl\u00e9ments alimentaires disponibles en pharmacie peuvent \u00eatre utiles. Ils permettent aussi de compenser d\u2019\u00e9ventuels d\u00e9ficits \u00e0 certaines p\u00e9riodes de la vie (grossesse, examens, stress, convalescence, pr\u00e9paration sportive\u2026). En cas de fatigue, on se tournera le plus souvent vers des complexes associant vitamines et min\u00e9raux, \u00e0 prendre pendant quelques semaines. Les principaux min\u00e9raux et oligo\u00e9l\u00e9ments pour retrouver la p\u00eache sont le fer, le calcium, le zinc et le s\u00e9l\u00e9nium. Le magn\u00e9sium pr\u00e9sente aussi un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier en cas de fatigue, car il favorise une meilleure r\u00e9sistance au stress et att\u00e9nue des sympt\u00f4mes comme l\u2019insomnie ou l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9. Les vitamines importantes en cas de fatigue sont la vitamine\u00a0C, qui stimule les d\u00e9fenses immunitaires, et les vitamines du groupe\u00a0B, qui aident notamment \u00e0 lutter contre le stress.<br \/>Pris en cure, les acides amin\u00e9s favorisent quant \u00e0 eux la reconstitution de la masse musculaire. Ils sont particuli\u00e8rement conseill\u00e9s en cas de grosse fatigue li\u00e9e \u00e0 un surentra\u00eenement sportif ou de convalescence.<br \/>Des plantes comme l\u2019orpin rose, l\u2019\u00e9leuth\u00e9rocoque ou le ginseng vont \u00e9galement apporter leur soutien \u00e0 la personne fatigu\u00e9e en agissant tant sur la fatigue physique que psychique.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment retrouver (et maintenir) sa forme?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Adopter une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e en privil\u00e9giant les fruits et l\u00e9gumes bio, frais et de saison.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Dormir suffisamment.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Favoriser une activit\u00e9 relaxante comme la lecture avant le coucher.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Faire du sport et de l\u2019exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, si possible en plein air. En profiter pour faire le plein de lumi\u00e8re.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ralentir le rythme au quotidien.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Apprendre \u00e0 se relaxer (m\u00e9ditation, yoga, autohypnose\u2026).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>D\u00e9finir ses limites et apprendre \u00e0 les respecter (et \u00e0 dire non!).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Faire une cure de d\u00e9tox (et supprimer sucres raffin\u00e9s, graisses satur\u00e9es, alcool, tabac, \u2026).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vous vous sentez \u00e0 plat \u00e0 l\u2019approche des beaux jours?
