Examinons ensemble quelques id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues et voyons ce qu\u2019il en est r\u00e9ellement.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p><b>\u00abLes graisses sont fondamentalement mauvaises pour le c\u0153ur.\u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Toutes les graisses ne sont pas nocives pour le c\u0153ur. Ce qui est vrai, c\u2019est que les acides gras satur\u00e9s, que l\u2019on trouve par exemple dans la viande rouge, le beurre ou les produits laitiers entiers, ainsi que les graisses trans provenant d\u2019aliments fortement transform\u00e9s et frits, augmentent le risque de maladies cardiovasculaires. Ces derniers \u00e9l\u00e8vent le taux de LDL (\u00abmauvais\u00bb cholest\u00e9rol) et favorisent les inflammations. En revanche, les graisses insatur\u00e9es, pr\u00e9sentes en abondance dans les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, les poissons gras comme le saumon, les noix et les graines, sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour le c\u0153ur. Elles augmentent le taux de cholest\u00e9rol HDL (\u00abbon\u00bb cholest\u00e9rol), qui contribue \u00e0 \u00e9liminer l\u2019exc\u00e8s de cholest\u00e9rol dans les art\u00e8res. En outre, elles ont un effet anti-inflammatoire et am\u00e9liorent la fonction cardiaque.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00abLa viande fournit les meilleures prot\u00e9ines pour une alimentation saine pour le c\u0153ur.\u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les sources de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques non seulement pour les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens et les v\u00e9ganes, mais aussi pour la sant\u00e9 cardiaque. Les l\u00e9gumineuses comme les haricots, les lentilles ou les pois chiches, ainsi que les noix, graines et produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers complets, contiennent des prot\u00e9ines de haute qualit\u00e9, tout en \u00e9tant pauvres en graisses satur\u00e9es. Ces aliments d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale apportent \u00e9galement des fibres, des vitamines et des antioxydants qui r\u00e9duisent le risque de maladies cardiovasculaires. Des \u00e9tudes montrent qu\u2019une consommation accrue de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales entra\u00eene une baisse de cholest\u00e9rol et am\u00e9liore la sant\u00e9 cardiaque, tandis qu\u2019une consommation excessive de viande rouge et de viande transform\u00e9e accro\u00eet le risque de maladie cardiaque.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00abPour prot\u00e9ger le c\u0153ur, il faut \u00e9viter les glucides.\u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Il convient ici de faire la distinction entre les diff\u00e9rents types de glucides: les glucides complexes, issus de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, de fruits, de l\u00e9gumes et de l\u00e9gumineuses, constituent un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel d\u2019une alimentation saine pour le c\u0153ur. Ils fournissent de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, rassasient, sont riches en fibres b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques et favorisent une digestion saine. En revanche, les glucides simples et les sucres raffin\u00e9s, tels qu\u2019on les trouve dans le pain blanc et les sucreries, sont \u00e0 \u00e9viter. En effet, ils augmentent le taux de glyc\u00e9mie et donc la probabilit\u00e9 de surpoids et de diab\u00e8te, deux facteurs de risque de maladie cardiaque!<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00abUne alimentation saine pour le c\u0153ur n\u00e9cessite une abstinence stricte de sel.\u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9liminer totalement le sel n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire, mais r\u00e9duire sa consommation est judicieux. L\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) pr\u00e9conise une consommation maximale de 5 grammes de sel (environ une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9) par jour. L\u2019exc\u00e8s de sel favorise la r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau dans l\u2019organisme, augmentant ainsi le volume sanguin et la pression sur les parois des vaisseaux. Les aliments transform\u00e9s, comme les plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, les charcuteries ou les chips, sont souvent riches en sel. Les \u00e9viter et privil\u00e9gier les ingr\u00e9dients frais et non transform\u00e9s peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la tension art\u00e9rielle et \u00e0 soulager la pression exerc\u00e9e sur le c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00abSeules les personnes en surpoids doivent veiller \u00e0 une alimentation saine pour le c\u0153ur.\u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les maladies cardiovasculaires touchent tout le monde, quel que soit le poids. Un corps mince ne prot\u00e8ge pas automatiquement contre un cholest\u00e9rol \u00e9lev\u00e9, l\u2019hypertension ou les inflammations art\u00e9rielles, qui peuvent \u00e0 leur tour provoquer des maladies cardiaques. Divers facteurs comme la pr\u00e9disposition g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, le stress, le manque d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et la consommation d\u2019aliments malsains peuvent accro\u00eetre les risques de maladies cardiovasculaires, et pas seulement chez les personnes en surpoids.
