Mais comment influencer positivement le processus de vieillissement afin de rester actifs et en bonne sant\u00e9 le plus longtemps possible? Voici les principales conclusions de la recherche sur l\u2019anti-\u00e2ge et la long\u00e9vit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.24px; background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">La qu\u00eate d\u2019une vie longue et saine est aussi vieille que l\u2019humanit\u00e9 elle-m\u00eame. De plus en plus de scientifiques s\u2019efforcent de d\u00e9crypter les facteurs qui favorisent notre sant\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme, ralentissent le processus de vieillissement et am\u00e9liorent la qualit\u00e9 de vie \u00e0 un \u00e2ge avanc\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><blockquote>\n<p>\u00abFaire de l\u2019exercice ne maintient pas seulement jeune, mais rend aussi la vie plus agr\u00e9able.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:100%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:2.375%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:0px;--awb-spacing-left-large:2.375%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:2.375%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:2.375%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:2.375%;--awb-spacing-left-small:2.375%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h4>Anti-\u00e2ge et nutrition<\/h4>\n<p>Une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e est l\u2019un des facteurs les plus importants pour une vie longue et en bonne sant\u00e9. Il est prouv\u00e9 qu\u2019elle pr\u00e9vient l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement de maladies chroniques. L\u2019id\u00e9al est le r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en, riche en l\u00e9gumes, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, l\u00e9gumineuses, fruits frais, avec une consommation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e de poisson et une faible quantit\u00e9 de produits laitiers et de viande. La mod\u00e9ration est de mise en ce qui concerne l\u2019alcool et le sucre. Ce dernier peut favoriser le surpoids, les caries dentaires et les inflammations dans le corps, augmentant ainsi le risque de diverses maladies chroniques telles que les maladies cardiaques. Une alimentation riche en sucre peut en outre entra\u00eener une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline et des troubles m\u00e9taboliques qui, \u00e0 long terme, nuisent \u00e0 la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Long\u00e9vit\u00e9 et compl\u00e9ments alimentaires<\/h4>\n<p>Les antioxydants, pr\u00e9sents par exemple dans les baies, les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feuilles vertes, les noix et les graines, r\u00e9duisent les dommages cellulaires caus\u00e9s par les radicaux libres et peuvent ainsi ralentir le processus de vieillissement. Les acides gras om\u00e9ga-3, que l\u2019on trouve dans les poissons gras comme le saumon et dans les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales telles que l\u2019huile de lin ou de noix, ont un effet anti-inflammatoire. Si l\u2019alimentation ne suffit pas \u00e0 couvrir les besoins de l\u2019organisme en vitamines, min\u00e9raux et oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments, il est recommand\u00e9 de prendre des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4>Je\u00fbne et long\u00e9vit\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas seulement ce que nous mangeons qui est important, mais aussi la quantit\u00e9. Restreindre l\u2019apport calorique sans malnutrition peut ralentir le vieillissement. Cela se voit clairement dans la population de l\u2019\u00eele japonaise d\u2019Okinawa, connue pour son nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 de centenaires. L\u2019un des facteurs de long\u00e9vit\u00e9, outre les g\u00e8nes et le soutien social, concerne l\u2019alimentation. Les habitants d\u2019Okinawa sont convaincus qu\u2019il faut s\u2019arr\u00eater de manger lorsqu\u2019on est rassasi\u00e9 \u00e0 80 %. Une restriction calorique mod\u00e9r\u00e9e am\u00e9liore la sant\u00e9 cellulaire, r\u00e9duit l\u2019inflammation et diminue le risque de diab\u00e8te, de maladies cardiovasculaires et de certains cancers. Le je\u00fbne intermittent (dit \u00abpar intervalles\u00bb) a \u00e9galement un effet anti-inflammatoire: on mange par exemple pendant huit heures et on s\u2019abstient de manger pendant seize heures par jour. Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente, le je\u00fbne par intervalles peut non seulement aider \u00e0 perdre du poids, mais aussi influencer positivement le microbiome intestinal (composition des bact\u00e9ries dans l\u2019intestin) et le syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n<h4>Activit\u00e9 physique et long\u00e9vit\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>Une activit\u00e9 physique et sportive r\u00e9guli\u00e8re est essentielle pour vivre longtemps et en bonne sant\u00e9. L\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) recommande aux adultes de pratiquer au moins 150 minutes d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique d\u2019intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e par semaine. Le sport r\u00e9duit la tension art\u00e9rielle et diminue ainsi le risque de crise cardiaque et d\u2019accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de compl\u00e9ter l\u2019entra\u00eenement d\u2019endurance par deux s\u00e9ances de musculation par semaine. Cela permet de lutter contre la perte osseuse et la fonte de la masse musculaire li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<h4>Anti-\u00e2ge et sommeil<\/h4>\n<p>Pendant le sommeil, les cellules se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8rent, ce qui renforce le syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Chez les personnes souffrant de manque de sommeil chronique, les taux d\u2019inflammation dans le corps augmentent, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant ainsi le processus de vieillissement. L\u2019id\u00e9al est de dormir entre sept et neuf heures par nuit. Un sommeil r\u00e9parateur a \u00e9galement un effet positif sur le cerveau: il am\u00e9liore la m\u00e9moire et les fonctions cognitives et r\u00e9duit le risque de maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives comme la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer.<\/p>\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 du sommeil peut \u00eatre optimis\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une alimentation saine et \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019\u00e9viter les repas copieux, la caf\u00e9ine, l\u2019alcool et l\u2019utilisation de m\u00e9dias \u00e9lectroniques comme les smartphones, les tablettes ou la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision juste avant d\u2019aller se coucher. La plupart des \u00e9crans \u00e9mettent une lumi\u00e8re bleue qui r\u00e9duit la production de m\u00e9latonine, une hormone qui facilite le sommeil. En outre, l\u2019utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux ou r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des e-mails tard le soir peut entra\u00eener une stimulation mentale qui rend l\u2019endormissement plus difficile.<\/p>\n<h4>Freiner le processus de vieillissement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la gestion du stress<\/h4>\n<p>Le stress chronique peut raccourcir l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie en augmentant la tension art\u00e9rielle, en favorisant les inflammations et les dommages cellulaires. Si le corps s\u00e9cr\u00e8te continuellement des hormones de stress comme le cortisol, le processus de vieillissement s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re, aggravant le risque de d\u00e9velopper divers probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un sommeil suffisant, une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et une alimentation saine contribuent \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer le stress. Le yoga, les exercices de respiration ou la m\u00e9ditation r\u00e9duisent \u00e9galement le niveau de stress et favorisent la long\u00e9vit\u00e9.
